Montefalco, a town located in picturesque Umbria, is a place of beauty and historical importance. Surrounded by hills covered with vineyards and olive groves, it offers a unique view of the region, which is why it is called the “Terrace of Umbria.” The medieval village presents a solemn atmosphere, while the cobblestone streets silently tell centuries of history. Medieval churches with precious works of art add a spiritual touch to the city. Montefalco is known for its famous Sagrantino wine, produced from local vineyards.

Montefalco Immobiliare is the result of a deep love for the area and sincere dedication to the enhancement of the "Ara Abbati Trinci" area of Montefalco. Founded in 2015 by Paolo Folignoli, the primary goal is to create a unique experience in this location, where natural materials such as stone, terracotta and wood are harmoniously integrated into the landscape that stretches from Via Benozzo Gozzoli, in Montefalco, embracing the entire Umbrian valley, from Foligno to the Martani Mountains, passing through Spello, Assisi, Perugia, Torgiano, Bevagna and Gualdo Cattaneo. Experiencing the area firsthand, we have experienced its wonders: the incredible lights of dawn accompanied by the song of hawks, the enveloping warmth that persists throughout the day thanks to the privileged location, the deafening silence that captivates each time we lose ourselves in the beauty of the panorama, and the sunsets that paint the valley in a fascinating play of light, making our passion, which we now call Montefalco Immobiliare, ever more intense. We decided to carefully commit ourselves to all the grounds of the Ara Abbati Trinci, creating projects that reflect the essence and beauty of Montefalco. Our mission is to help preserve and enhance this unique land through the creation of environments that reflect its authenticity and inherent charm.
